This is VERY KEY in many areas of life! Adopt restraint whenever your emotions take over in any area!

I had the privilege of witnessing Jeff and Diane walk through this challenging season with their children. I live with the Nelsons. Many times, I wanted to give their children a piece of my mind. It hurt me to watch them hurt their mother so deeply. What I saw in the hearts of these parents during this difficult time has been permanently imprinted on my heart. I will never be the same again.

Thank you, Jeff and Diane, for showing us all what it is to walk in the Spirit through a heart-breaking season.
