The majority of flowers in this photo are bright orange California Poppies. They are all facing the same direction. There is one Shirley Poppy, and ironically, it is not only a different color, but it is facing the opposite direction!
Does that say anything to you?

My grandmother had a few poppies...I've never been able to get them to grow...they are so pretty, think I'll have to try again...I like yours...
It tells me that as an individual it is alright to be different. My inner beauty will come out no matter which way I face.
Judy, I wish I could take the credit for growing these poppies. They were in the park the other day, however, they do grow easily and wild in many parts of this area. I hope you do get some poppies growing!
